In our attractive dining room you can start the day with a full English breakfast chosen from our breakfast menu which will be cooked to order whilst you help yourself to a selection of juices, fruit and cereals from the buffet table.

Our cosy, comfortable lounge offers a variety of games to play, a selection of books to read or a place just to sit and relax and chat with your fellow guests.



The Lounge

All our bedrooms are en-suite, well appointed and have colour televisions, radio alarm clocks, hairdryers and complimentary tea/coffee making facilities and biscuits. An iron and ironing board are available at all times.


Double Bedroom

Avondale has a full fire certificate and to add to our guest's safety and comfort we follow a total non-smoking policy. Unfortunately we do not take children under 12 years of age and also regret we are unable to accommodate pets.

Guests have their own keys to come and go as they please. We are open all year except during the Christmas period. Please contact us for availability.

 


Bed and Breakfast tariff for 2008 - excluding Bank Holidays and when booked direct:

£32.00 per person per night for 1 night

£30.00 per person per night for 2 - 6 nights

£196.00 per person per week


Bank Holidays

£34.00 per person per night - minimum stay 3 nights


Booking

A deposit of £25.00 per person is required to secure a booking
