We provide Single,
Double and Twin En-suite rooms.
The rates listed
below are for Bed and Breakfast per person based on two people
sharing- Excluding Bank Holidays - and when booked directly.
1 night From
£38 - £42
2 to 6 nights From £36 - £40
Weekly From £238 - £252 (£34 - £36)
Bank Holiday Weekend, Christmas, New Year and Easter rates are £38
- £42 per person per night (minimum 3 night stay).
We normally require a minimum two night stay at weekends but please phone to check as we can sometimes accommodate a single night booking.
All rates are
inclusive of full English, Scottish or Vegetarian cooked Breakfast

A deposit equivalent to one night's stay is required for each room booked.
Due to the increased cost in processing Credit cards, we can no longer absorb these charges. All Credit card transactions are now subject to a 2% surcharge.
Debit card payments remain free of charge.

Sometimes it becomes necessary for guests to either alter or cancel their travel arrangements. If this is the case, we will always attempt to resell the booking on their behalf. If this is not possible, the following details should clarify our policy. In any event, we always advise you to take out travel insurance to cover any amendment or cancellation charges, as a confirmed booking is a legally binding contract.
In the case of any amendment to the nights booked or cancellation by you, irrespective of the reason, the following fees will be charged for each room booked:
From booking until 28 days before arrival date, an amount equal to one night's stay is payable.
Under certain circumstances we may, at our discretion, allow the deposit to be used for a future booking.
Within 28 days of arrival date or a, "no-show", the full value of the booking will become payable.
We reserve the right to amend these cancellation terms for groups, special events, bank holidays and busy periods.
On the day of departure
you will be required to pay for the entire stay.
